Beside creating and deleting Events from his calendar, the
Tcal user, according to the user access level, can do the
followings:
- See list of users and jobs, loaded from the company
databases
- Link an Event to a specific Job
- Invite other users to your Events and accept or refuse
invitation from other users
- See other users calendar, together or without your own
Events
- Tcal calendars and TcalServer can be installed on
computers with different Time Zones
- Access level may allow changing other user Events
- Certify past weeks, recording working hours on a supplied
database
- Export any monthly view from Tcal on a HTML page. This
page, including Title, Sub-title, Header and Footer can be
saved on disk or exported trough FTP to a Web Server
